DIN - TAB traction batteries type EPzS are suitable for driving various electric machines (forklift trucks, mining locomotives, etc.).

The individual cells (2V) are assembled into batteries with different voltages, capacities and dimensions, which are suitable for all types of electrical machines.

The product range covers the entire range of DIN (EPzS) cells in accordance with the standards EN60254 - 1.2 a IEC 254 - 1.2.

Specifications

• Electrolyte density at 30 °C: 1,29 ± 0,01 kg/l.

• Weight tolerance: ± 5 %.

• EPzS cell types 7 to 10 are available with two poles.

• For 4 poles, please specify them in the order.

• EPzS type 12 cells and Pg/555 and Pg7590 type 10 cells are only available with 4 poles.

BS - TAB traction batteries type PzB are suitable for driving various electric machines (forklift trucks, mining locomotives, etc.).

Our product range includes a full range of BS (PzB) cells in accordance with standards EN60254 - 1.2 a IEC 254 - 1.2.

TAB traction batteries type PzB are suitable for driving various electric machines (forklifts, mining locomotives, etc.).

Dry charging: before use, the battery must be filled (with dilute sulphuric acid with a density of 1.29 kg/l at 20 °C) and recharged. The plates are already formed and protected against oxidation by a special process. They can be stored for 2 years without problems.

Specifications:

• Electrolytically charged (activated): the battery can be installed immediately as it is already filled with electrolyte and charged. The manufacturer has carried out a capacity test.

• Electrolyte density at 30 °C: 1,29 ± 0,01 kg/l.

• Weight tolerances ± 5 %.

• PzB cells of types 9 to 11 are only available with 4 poles.

BCI

For the TAB BCI battery, the cell height is the same for all capacities of its series defined by the capacity of its positive plate in two versions.

The height of the 85 Ah positive plate to the cell lid is 520 mm and the height of the 120 Ah positive plate to the cell lid is 726 mm. Technical changes subject to change without notice.
